Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
Jordans provide standalone EPCs for:
- New build properties
- Residential properties
- Commercial properties
As part of a HIP an EPC will be required. For properties marketed ‘off plan’ a predicted assessment of the energy efficiency of the property will need to be provided but a full EPC should be provided to the buyer when the home is completed.
Commercial EPCs are now required for almost all commercial buildings
that are sold, rented or constructed. To help you comply with this
