Barrister, 9 Stone Buildings
Edward was called to the Bar in 1981. His practice is exclusively real property, both contentious and noncontentious: landlord and tenant (both commercial and residential), land and conveyancing, property valuation, restrictive covenants, easements, mortgages, housing, boundaries and professional negligence arising from these areas. He was a tutor in property law at the University of Warwick and a tutor in landlord and tenant law at the Inns of Court School of Law. He has been identified as a “star of the Chancery Bar”, and a “solicitors’ favourite junior” at the landlord and tenant bar by Lawyer Magazine. He is recommended by the Legal 500 (2006) as a leading junior in property litigation. He is a panel lecturer for Jordans and has appeared in numerous leading authorities.

Paul Butt
Consultant, Rowlinsons, Senior Lecturer, University of Chester
Paul was formerly an Associate Professor at the College of Law, Chester. He is author of the LPC text book Conveyancing and Commercial Property. Paul has over 25 years’ experience lecturing to the profession on property law matters.
