SPEAKERS
Denis Cameron
Denis Cameron qualified as a solicitor in 1971. Throughout his career he has specialised in residential and commercial conveyancing and wills and probate. He was a former Chair of the Law Society’s Conveyancing and Land Law Committee and is presently a member of the Law Society Council, E-Conveyancing Task Force, Electronic Law Committee, Property Section Executive Committee and Lexcel Assessment Panel. He was also a member of the Home Information Pack Task Force.
Trevor Hellawell
Trevor Hellawell is a solicitor and law lecturer with over a decade’s experience of training and consultancy in environmental law. He has taught for the College of Law and the University of Exeter as well as providing he has been a member of the Law Society’s Planning and Environmental Law Committee and is the author of the Society’s Environmental Law Handbook, now in its sixth edition, and Blackstone’s Guide to Contaminated Land. He is a director of Environmental Compliance Online Limited, an online consultancy company providing information and training.
