London Docklands Light Railway
Docklands Light Railway (DLR) is a subsidiary of the Transport for London and provides light rail services as part of the transport infrastructure for the Isle of Dogs enterprise zone now known as London Docklands.
This search will detail if the DLR owns any rail infrastructure within the immediate vicinity of the property
What will a DLR search cover?
This search makes enquiries of DLR as to:
- Whether any railway lines shown on the plan are under their control and whether they are used or disused
- Whether the company claims any rights of way or otherwise over the property
- Whether the DLR or rail infrastructure agreements affect any part or parts of the property
- Whether the owner of the property has any liability to maintain boundary walls and/or fences or for any other work in relation to the DLR land
- Whether there are any proposals for alterations to existing track or equipment which might affect the property or any proposed development of it
- Whether there are any proposals for the construction of new track or equipment within 500 metres of the property
- Whether there are any proposals for the increase in traffic on existing lines
