An agricultural credit search should be made by anyone buying farming stock or assets or by a mortgagee lending money on the security of such items. The search will show if any charges exist and the validity of such charges
What will an agricultural credit check search cover?
An agricultural credit search reveals any charges made by a farmer in favour of a bank over agricultural stock or assets. The charge only relates to the farmer, unless the charge is registered at HMLR.
